I recently purchases a wine refridgerator with dual temperature controls. What is the right temperature setting for Red wines (mostly cabernets) and for white wines ( mostly savignon blanc and chardonney)?
I have a bottle of Korbel Natural chanpagne from one of the 2001 presidential inagural balls (Ohio). It has the presidential seal on the front seal and a special back label detailing a breif history of the inaguration. Do you think this is worth any money to some collector? If not, is the champagne still drinkable?
