Savour food & wine Festival
Savour is Atlantic Canada's premier food and wine festival. The month-long festival, held throughout February, celebrates and promotes the talent of local chefs as well as the culture and diversity of Nova Scotia's quality products. Cooking classes, wine tastings, beer and food pairings as well as theme dinners are just some of the events held across the province.
The Savour food & wine Show is the main event of the Savour Festival. On the last Thursday of February, travel the streets of Savour, sipping your favorite martini, wine or beer while sampling food from Nova Scotia's finest restaurants. From decadent desserts to fish dishes, discover the talents of local chefs and sample wine with sommeliers from across the province.
