Local chefs provide cooking demonstrations and share meat samples featuring pork, beef, lamb and turkey. You'll also learn how farmers care for their livestock and butchers will explain the different cuts of meat and how to prepare them.
Plus, Minnesota craft brewers and vintners provide samples and talk about their process.
