Sacramento's Premier Culinary Competition: Food, Wine & Beer Show
Professional Chefs from Northern California Compete in an "Iron Chef" style cooking competition. Six chefs are given 45 minutes to turn five secret ingredients into three original dishes, all in front of a live audience.
Guests are treated to the competition and samples of food, wine and beer from 100 regional vendors!
The event is held at the California Automobile Museum from 530pm-930pm. All proceeds from the event benefit Northern California InAlliance, a nonprofit that provides work and life skills training, supported employment and supported living services to people with developmental disabilities.
The Celebrity Chef Challenge also features a number of exciting raffles. Past prizes have included: Southwest Airlines Airfare, Disneyland Vacation, Lake Tahoe Getaway, Arden Fair Spa Package.
