CarpeBooza is an annual wine tasting and 5-course dinner organized by Carpe Vinum, a non-profit corporation based in South Florida.
Our focus is on wines rated 90 points or higher.
Proceeds from CarpeBooza fund a scholarship program for students at Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Institute.
