There are several US wine companies which offer personalized and custom labeling for consumers. One well-known winery is Windsor Vineyards (windsorvineyards.com), a full service operation based in Sonoma, California. I am unaware of a company which would ship unlabeled bottled wine to consumers (if that is your intent) since it would surely violate several laws and regulations. I would recommend you research a suitable supplier who will help design and print a personalized label, handle compliance issues, and, last, package and ship the wine to you.
