Answer From Expert Roger Bohmrich MW

I have replied to quite a few inquiries regarding licensing in Florida, so you may find it helpful to look back over earlier questions and my answers. Your concerns are certainly justified that you cannot act as a legitimate seller of wine (or other alcoholic beverages) without an appropriate license. I cannot say exactly which one is required by the State of Florida for your particular situation. You can either contact a lawyer versed in the regulations, who may be able to provide a solution easily (for a fee, of course), or you can contact the state yourself. Their website is myfloridalicense.com. A phone call may be required to fine tune your request, and that could take time to get to the right person. Good luck with the process!
