Do you mean Portland, Maine or Oregon? Have you checked the listings right here on LWE? You may find some good leads. To save you the time of posting another question, here are two suggestions for Oregon: The Wine & Spirit Archive (wineandspiritarchive.com) and Oregon Wine Education Center (Northern Willamette Valley). Also, you can always take distance learning courses. One option - if you are a wine professional - is the Online Wine and Spirits Academy through the Society of Wine Educators (societyofwineeducators.org). Hope some of this information might help.
