Wine Classes

I've been looking for a wine tasting class in denver that focuses on American wines. I've been doing my own search but i haven't been able to find much. Does anyone have any ideas?
Answer From Expert Roger Bohmrich MW

You can start by consulting the listings on LWE, or ask someone you know and trust who is in the wine business locally to give you a recommendation. There are certainly many people who offer wine classes of some type; the challenge is to find a person who is truly qualified. You may also want to look into long-distance learning from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust (wset.co.uk - look under "where to study"). The WSET program offers beginner to advanced levels and provides a very solid foundation of wine knowledge.
