This is a question which would really require a very lengthy answer. Yes, most certainly, I have many suggestions as I've traveled the wine regions of France for many years. The routing you mention makes sense in terms of flow, starting in Paris and moving clockwise around the country. Are you planning on renting a car and driving the entire way, or perhaps adding a leg by train? That would make it less tiring and less challenging than navigating roads with which you're not familiar (but rent a car with GPS if possible). I gather you are thinking of making a quick stop in each region. You may find it more rewarding to focus on just a few, spending several days in each. That way, you will see and learn more - and have a more relaxed experience. Do you have favorite French wines? If so, why not concentrate on those particular areas? But there are wonderful wines and a great deal to see in all the regions you've cited!
