Selling Wine

can i sell local nj wines in my nj restaurant, if yes what is the procedure?
Answer From Expert Roger Bohmrich MW

My short answer is that it should be straightforward to sell wines from New Jersey, or any other wine-producing state or country, in your restaurant provided you hold the necessary license and buy from a duly licensed seller. New Jersey regulations are not my area of expertise, however, and for legal questions I suggest you contact the Division of Alcoholic Beverage Control (nj.gov/oag/abc). Their site is user-friendly, with clickable icons on the home page to reach them by phone, fax, etc. The complete ABC Handbook is also available as a pdf file.
