I have a Maryland Merlot 1985 Napa Valley wine looking for a sale. Inherited it from my father-in-law's estate I am not a collector Any advice would be appreciated.

I am a bit puzzled by the wine you've named. I am not really aware of a "Maryland" Merlot from the Napa Valley. Do you by chance mean "Marilyn" (as is Marilyn Monroe) Merlot, which would indeed have value to a collector - if it has been stored properly and is in good condition - since the 1985 was the first vintage offered to the public. Or is the bottle in fact a Merlot from Maryland, perhaps made by Elk Run Vineyards, Cassinelli, Harford or another winery? Whatever the facts, your best option is to offer the wine for sale on ebay.com.
