I have a bottle of 1985 Dom Perignon. It has been properly stored since I received it in 1995. How much is it worth. Thank you.

Champagne is particularly demanding in terms of long-term storage conditions. This certainly applies to Dom Perignon, which is an exception among Champagnes in that it tends to demand post-release cellaring in order to reveal its best qualities. I would say your 1985, based on multiple tasting comments, is fully mature if not a bit advanced at this stage. In terms of value, there are bottles of the 1985 currently available at retail in the U.S. from $300 to $400. If you intend on selling the bottle, I would do so quickly given the likely state of maturity. Have you considered just drinking the bottle yourself with the right person?
