Is Boujeolai Noveau supposed to.be enjoyed immediately or to be set aside for some time ?

Beaujolais Nouveau is definitely intended to be drunk just after release in late November each year. The pleasure is in the easily appreciated fruity, tender qualities of the wine. That said, some examples seem to hold up for a number of months. There are, on the other hand, many other Beaujolais wines which can certainly benefit from bottle aging, notably the highest tier of crus such as Morgon and Moulin à Vent.
