Bottle Of Wine

How many portions at: 1 1/2oz serving would I yield per bottle? 3oz? 6oz?
Answer From Expert Roger Bohmrich MW

A so-called "standard" bottle of wine contains approximately 25 ounces, so this size would yield about sixteen 1.5-ounce pours - or eight 3-ounce and four 6-ounce pours. Of course, there are bottles in many other sizes, but the math is straightforward.
