Bottle Labels In Wine Refrigerator Getting Mold

i have mold growing on some of my wine bottle labels how can I clean and prevent this from growing more.
Answer From Expert Roger Bohmrich MW

Mold should not normally be forming in a properly functioning wine refrigerator. There are several possible causes, including an incomplete seal around the door and a dirty or clogged filter (which some wine cabinets have). You could feel completely around the door gasket to see if you can find a place where the gasket has separated from the frame. The gasket may need to be repaired or replaced. Some makes of refrigerators have small filters in the shape of plugs that should be replaced periodically. Check the manual for information. When you've resolved the problem, you should thoroughly clean the interior of the cabinet and affected bottles with a damp sponge, and then dry all surfaces thoroughly with toweling. If the mold forms once more, then the issue may be the cooling unit itself.
