how do I know if my LA CREMA Sonoma Coast 2009 Pinot Noir wine is still good??
Answer From Expert Roger Bohmrich MW

The short answer is that the only way to be certain a wine is sound is to open and taste it. The La Crema Pinot is generally a wine to drink on release, even if the Sonoma Coast is a cool climate zone. If you acquired it when it became available (around 2011) and have stored it well - in a cool, stable, dark cellar - it should be good if fully mature. But the time to drink it has arrived and nothing will be gained from keeping it longer.
