After 28 years of talking about taking wine classes I finally did it about a year and a half ago +/-. My first goal was to keep a year long wine diary and I succeeded! 138 wines later I have started writing about the experience and am getting ready to start on my WSET [The Wine & Spirit Education Trust] certification through a local university hospitality program.
