Mauro is a chef from Italy and has worked at some of the best restaurants in the world, such as El Bulli (Spain), Marchesi (Italy) and Le Calandre (Italy), and is currently disillusioned with the restaurant world in America. Jordana, his american girlfriend is an x-server of Le Cirque in Manhattan and together they talk about their dining experiences and how restaurants and the dining culture of America could improve.
