He has extensive and significant experience in a variety of fields, literally. He has been working with and mixing soils, growing and cultivating a wide variety of plants and flowers for over 40 years. His horticultural prowess is well known and respected in the agricultural industry throughout the United States. Numerous elite companies and people have chosen him to provide plants and flowers for them. The list includes multiple Las Vegas hotels such as the Mirage, Bellagio, Wynn Las Vegas, Encore, Caesars, Palazzo, and Venetian to name a few. Dozens of country clubs, golf courses and hotels in Palm Springs have also contracted Bill for his expertise. He has also planted a vineyard at Green Valley Casino for the Fertatti's, owners of the Station Casinos, the UFC and MMA Organization's.Bill has been the recipient of too many awards to list, in addition to providing plants and flowers to thousands of customers over the years; he has also been involved in many landscaping and beautifying projects.“Creating exceptional quality wines involves a lot of considerations; there are so many factors to consider when growing and producing one wine, we offer six. After repeatedly testing the soil, considering the weather and numerous other factors, the obvious choice to grow these types of grapes was very clear. Once the grapes have been cultivated, the process of making the wines is also a serious experience.”A significant amount of his own personal capital has been placed into the land, development of the land, design and equipment necessary for the vineyard and winery. His decision to not use any money from investors or joint ventures allows him the complete control of the growing, making and storing of the wines. “All Tranquility wines are estate bottled, which means we control every step of the winemaking process, from growing to crushing to bottling. It is my goal to allow our members the opportunity to be a part of the Tranquility family.”A question frequently asked Bill is, “Why did you decide to offer this to members and not sell to wholesalers and or the public?” His answer: “Simple, I own the land, and the entire infrastructure. Creating wines that are not available to the public creates exclusivity. I can provide a unique opportunity for members to enjoy the carriage house, veranda, wine cave and botanical gardens along with all the other aspects of the land. Schools and other entities will still be able to come here on a very limited basis, but if we opened it up to the public, I feel it would cheapen the experience. I want people to come and experience the facility and be able to host weddings and other memorable special events here.”
