It's almost impossible to get into the wineries and restaurants we will visit on this incredible culinary adventure. We've arranged private tastings at Gaja, Brandini and Diego Morra to name a few. We'll dine at Cultivare and the much sought after Vinoteca Centro Storico; the restaurant that every vintner that visits the area tries to get into.

Our journey begins with a welcome dinner in Torino on November 1 and then we head to the center of Barolo the next day to stay at the Fontanafredda Village with its endless views and warm hospitality. The working winery hosts us for 5 nights in a completely renovated building originally used as housing for employees and their families who lived together as part of the Village community. Today, Hotel Le Case dei Conti Mirafiore is a captivating luxury hotel surrounded by the stunning beauty of the UNESCO World Heritage Barolo vineyards. 

Here we will taste the best wines of the Langhe region at the most sought-after producers such as Gaja, Brandini and Diego Morra. Our close relationships with the region’s iconic wineries, provides a unique bucket list immersion into the wines while indulging in Piemonte food at some of the most coveted local restaurants. Then we go on a truffle hunt, attend the International Truffle Festival in Alba and learn the secret of making agnolotti; the delicious stuffed pasta pillows created in Piemonte, in a Michelin restaurant. Getting intimate with the food and wine of Piemonte creates a bucket-list experience many people can only dream of.

Torino, the capital of Piemonte, will be our next destination to discover vermouth, negronis, chocolate, pastas and aperitivos in the elegance of charming plazas, shops and historic bars and restaurants. We’ll stay at the luxury 5* Grand Hotel Sitea, situated in the historic heart of Torino, adjacent to the architecturally significant piazzas and shops in the most elegant area of the city. We’ll explore the city with a street food tour highlighting the local coffee, rich chocolates and traditional pastas in the most memorable shops. We’ll get intimate with vermouth during a special experience provided by the Consorzio del Vermouth di Torino, the foremost organization for the highest standards of vermouth production. Add in a tour of the Royal Palace, superb meals at the best restaurants and you have the perfect Torino experience.
