25th Best of Italy Cultural & Gastronomic Tour
September 6–19, 2025
Join us for the 25th edition of this unforgettable two-week journey celebrating Italy’s rich culture, history, and cuisine — featuring two of the country’s most stunning and diverse regions: Valle d’Aosta in the north and Calabria in the south.
Tour Highlights:
Valle d’Aosta (Sept 7–12):
Nestled in the Italian Alps where Italy meets France and Switzerland, Valle d’Aosta is a breathtaking region known for its dramatic mountain landscapes, over 100 medieval castles, and Roman heritage. You'll explore the capital city of Aosta — often called the Rome of the Alps — and visit iconic peaks like the Matterhorn, Mont Blanc, and Gran Paradiso. Savor delicious regional cuisine and wines shaped by a unique blend of Italian and French influence. From scenic beauty to cultural depth, this alpine gem offers a rich and refined experience.
Calabria (Sept 13–19):
Journey to Italy’s southern coast, where ancient traditions meet unspoiled landscapes. Calabria, framed by the Tyrrhenian and Ionian seas, is a region of sun-drenched villages, dramatic coastlines, and bold, authentic flavors. You'll visit picturesque towns like Scilla, explore the historic city of Reggio Calabria (home to the famed Riace Bronzes), and enjoy a day cruise to the Aeolian Islands, including Stromboli’s active volcano. The region’s distinctive wines — like Cirò, Melissa, and Greco di Bianco — pair beautifully with its rustic, heartfelt cuisine. Calabria is a feast for the senses and a warm embrace of southern Italian culture.
