Dear Friends:

                 Following upon the success of our February class, “Wines of Spain”, I am offering a class entitled, “Wines of South Africa” on Monday evening, April 7, 2025,at 7 PM. You can find the details at www.knowwine.net, my new company. Know Wine’s mission is to offer fun, theme-based educational wine programs in many formats to audiences with all levels of previous wine knowledge.

This offering is a virtual wine class, similar to those that I offered through the Rochester Brainery during the COVID epidemic. The class will consist of a discussion and tasting of five wines from different regions of South Africa, highlighting the wide range of styles and varieties not well known to Americans. 

When: Monday evening, April 7, 7 PM EST for about 1-1.5 hours

Where: Anywhere that you have internet and Zoom access

If you should be interested in registering for the class, I will gladly send you the Zoom link, as well as a list of the wines that I will be sharing. While I will be purchasing them from a local wine shop, similar (if not identical wines) should be readily available in most wine stores. These will not be esoteric, hard to find wines.
