Food & Wine Dinner is presented by Executive Chef Jorge Montes from Roho Kitchen and Sommelier, Harmeet Aurora from Wine & Fine Spirits.

Learn about wine, taste delicious courses and meet other wine-food lovers directly from your home.

Reserve your kit, pick up on day of event and join the zoom event. All courses will be fully cooked but deconstructed, that’s where the interactive component kicks in, chef will be sharing plating tips.

FIRST COURSE

Endive salad with manchego cheese, candied pecans, charred grapefruit

Paired with William Hill Napa Valley Sauvignon Blanc

 

SECOND COURSE

Churrasco with chimichurri, fingerling potatoes, blistered tomatoes

Dark chocolate truffle cupcake, pomegranate buttercream, raspberry powder
