ABOUT THIS EVENT

Join us for a fun guided tasting experience, sampling local crafted beer specifically brewed for this event and carefully paired with delectable courses that heightened the flavor of each beer.

Brewmasters will talk about the making and flavors of each beer selection as chef will indulge us with food and share the inspiration behind the dishes.

All courses are fully cooked but deconstructed, that’s where the interactive ‘homemade chef’ component stirs in. Chef will be sharing plating instructions and tips as some items may have to be warmed.

Pomegranate Passionfruit Sour Ale

DUCK TOAST FOI-GRAS // Duck leg confit, brioche french toast, foie-gras butter, pomegranate-maple syrup

3RD COURSE

Black Magic - Chocolate Peanut Butter Stout
