Kristofer Anderson, RNDC and Julie Oelling, Winesellers Import Company, have selected the 5 wines for Chef Oakley and his Kitchen crew to apply their culinary magic in creating their perfectly paired courses. Here's the lineup:
Reception: Zuccardi Blanc de Blancs
First Course: Zuccardi Fosil Chardonnay
Second Course: Zuccardi Poligonos Paraje Altamira Malbec
Third Course: Zuccardi Aluvional Gualtallary Malbec
Dessert Course: Zuccardi Malamado Port
