Saturday: Day of Wine & Food Pairing
Start your day with a gourmet breakfast, complete with sparkling wine, and a stunning view of the rolling hills. At lunch, Marc will guide you through the art of pairing wines with tapas, providing tips you can use for future gatherings.
Saturday Evening: Three-Course Wine Dinner
The weekend concludes with a show-stopping dinner by Chef Colin Pound, founder of Pound Southern Provisions. Known for his Southern-inspired cuisine, Chef Colin will create a flavorful, three-course menu paired perfectly with hand-selected wines. Expect dishes that celebrate bold, comforting flavors and creative culinary artistry.
