Late Morning/Early Afternoon: Oyster tour(s) with local Cottage City Oysters
Afternoon: Shucking session with local Signature Oysters
Late afternoon: Jefferson’s Bourbon tasting on The Dunes deck with raw bar and chowder sampling
Evening: Clambake on the Winnetu’s front lawn with a specialty Jefferson’s Bourbon bar
Saturday | October 12
Early afternoon: Winnetu bourbon barrel pouring & oyster shell painting
Late afternoon: Shucking session with local Cottage City Oysters & cocktail hour
Evening: Prix fixe dinner featuring celebrity chef, Brian Arruda and the Winnetu’s Executive Chef, Richard Doucette paired with Jefferson’s Bourbon. After dinner, indulge in a bourbon and Murdick’s Fudge tasting experience.
Sunday | October 13
Late morning/early afternoon: Brunch and Bourbon Bloody Marianne Bar featuring local Top Shell Oysters shucking and other seafood accoutrements, alongside conversations with MV Shellfish Group.
