About The Teacher:
Joe Maglaty has been making, testing and drinking great wines for over 22 years. As a chemist and former wine analyst at Stone and Key Cellars, he's enjoyed educating many novice and kit-based winemakers on both the fundamental and advanced winemaking techniques necessary for making excellent wine from both grapes and juice.
