It's Winemaking Season at Vegas Valley Winery! You have the opportunity to MAKE WINE with us.

Your ticket grants you access to the Grape Press and barreling of our 2024 Petite Sirah and your first glass of wine. This incredibly unique experience will be loved by seasoned wine lovers and wine newbies alike. It is a fun and educational experience.

Arrive at the winery 10-15 minutes before your 3:30 pm session to check in and select a glass of wine or hard cider to enjoy. (The first glass is included in your ticket price) Your winemaking host will guide you to the barrel-filled winery where you will meet other winemakers, receive instructions, and then begin assisting our professional winemakers in pressing wine from the grape must.

The freshly pressed young wine will be extracted from the grape must with your help. This is a hands-on and potentially messy, sticky experience, so dress comfortably in good no-slip shoes and in clothes that can withstand a little wine splash. (Some winemakers like to wear a white cotton t-shirt to intentionally wine stain, like a wine tye-dye, for a keepsake)

You will be able to sample a variety of wine grapes during your experience and sample the very young wine you are pressing. After the work is done, you are welcome to socialize with your fellow winemakers, enjoy additional wine and food from the Tasting Room (not included in your ticket price), and enjoy the facility.
