Back by popular demand! Scherrer Winery is taking over our space in May and we are hosting our 4th Winemaker Dinner with Fred & Judi Scherrer. This year we are partnering with Perkins Catering to bring you this amazing food and wine experience:
MENU
Passed Appetizers - Smoked White Peaches, Moroccan Spiced Meatballs, and Tomato Confit Tartlets
Dinner Course 1 - Dungeness Crab and Field Greens
asparagus, mandarin, tahini, sesame crunch,
fennel, pea, gribiche
***with a selection of 2 wines
Course 2 - Roasted Pork Tenderloin
baby turnips, nduja, celery root,mustard jus

Course 3 - Braised Beef Short Rib
gremolata, rosemary polenta, truffle toma

Dessert - Meyer Lemon Pots De Creme with whipped cream and vanilla shortbread as you revisit one of your favorite wines from the evening
Upon arrival for this dinner you will be greeted with Rosé and passed appetizers as we walk you to your seats to begin this amazing food & wine journey with LIVE Music by Jacob Philip Benning.

Since their first vintage in 1991, Fred & Judi Scherrer have been creating handcrafted, full-flavored wines that express the personality of the unique Sonoma County vineyards where they are grown.
