Come WINE and UN-WIND with us at Effingham Manor & Winery! Join us for a refreshing gentle yoga class (suitable for all levels), followed by a complimentary glass of wine in the Effingham Manor tasting room all while supporting the Lewy Body Dementia Association (LBDA).

Bring your own mat and enjoy this lovely outdoor class (in the case of inclement weather, this event will be moved indoors).

Each ticket includes a one-hour yoga and meditation class followed by one glass of wine. Guests are invited to stay and enjoy the winery after the event ends (Winery is open until 6pm).

Unable to attend? Consider making a donation in lieu of purchasging a ticket. All proceeds will be donated to LBDA.

Lewy body dementia (LBD) is the second most common type of dementia that affects thinking, memory, and movement. LBD causes a decline in mental abilities that gradually gets worse over time. Help us raise awareness and work towards scientific advances while exercising your mind and body.

So please join us as we WINE and UN-WIND while raising money for Lewy Body Dementia Association.

Yoga will be taught with love by Teresa Wright. Teresa is a certified 200-HR Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) and she has also been teaching group exercise since 1987. She will be able to offer suitable modifications that will help ensure a successful class for all levels of yogis. Everybody is welcome!
