Have you ever felt you could improve your skills at describing how wines look, smell, feel and taste? Whether you are a seasoned wine expert or just discovering wine, this is the class for you. Join our star winemaker Antonia de Heinrich for a 2-hour session at our modern tasting room.
Learn a systematic approach to wine tasting, starting with appearance and nose to tasting the wines for a variety of attributes. You will be provided a sample flight of La Mesa wines and a tasting sheet to use to evaluate the wines and to take notes before sharing your observations with the group. Includes flight of wine and charcuterie.
