Class starts with an hour-long lesson complete with fun and educational wine basics while you sip, savor, and soak up everything you need to know.

This class, guided by Pippin Hill Wine Educator Carter Mace, offers an interactive twist. Instead of focusing on traditional one-to-one pairings, students will receive a curated pairing board featuring an assortment of cheeses, meats, jams, fruits, nuts, and olives. This allows for a hands-on, creative experience where you’ll explore how different combinations of flavors enhance and alter the profile of each wine.

Through the guided tasting and your own exploration, you'll uncover the magic of pairing wine with complementary and contrasting ingredients. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned wine enthusiast, this class invites you to deepen your understanding of flavor dynamics while indulging in a unique culinary adventure.

Following the instruction, gather around the table family-style for a specially curated multi-course dinner {see menu below}. Ticket price per person is $135 for the guided tasting and dinner + 20% service charge.
