Local Event
During this class you will get hands on learning experience so that you can create wine reduction sauces. You will receive instruction on the different ways it can be done for different applications. The chef will demonstrate a reduction and then we will do a reduction in groups, taste and discuss. A white wine sauce and a red wine sauce will be showcased and you will learn how to pair these delicious sauces with food. In addition to the workshop style class, you will get to sample the sauces with some local cheeses and receive a $10 voucher that can be used towards the purchase of a bottle of award winning Chateau St. Croix Wine!
