In this class, we will dive into South African wine, learn all about its journey around the globe, why you enjoy a limey Sauv. Blanc so much. We’ll pair the perfect cheese (as usual) to bring out the true character of these wines, all while sharing the what’s, why’s, and how’s in our typical curds&co way.
