The ticket price of $100 plus tax and gratuity includes the 5-wine tasting with shared plates presented by Pavle and a Brass Quintet performance by New Paradigm Chamber Artists. Each musical selection is inspired by a different wine.
About the Music:
Co-founded by Shawn Campbell, horn player, writer, and arts administrator, and musician Michael Becker, New Paradigm Chamber Artists is composed of the best classical artists in the Tucson region. All are members of the Tucson Symphony Orchestra.
Hayato Tanaka, principal trumpet, has performed with The Cleveland Orchestra, Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra, Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra, San Francisco Symphony, Houston Symphony, San Diego Symphony, Los Angeles Philharmonic, and Orchestre Symphonique de Montréal and others.
Betsy Bright Morgan, trumpet, has performed with the Pittsburgh Symphony, San Diego Symphony Orchestra, Saint Louis Symphony Orchestra, National Symphony Orchestra, The Phoenix Symphony, Arizona Opera and others. She also performs at noted music festivals.
Victor Valenzuela has performed with The Royal Philharmonic Orchestra of London, The Phoenix Symphony, El Paso Symphony among others. He toured with the National Symphony of Mexico and performed for the Opening and Closing Ceremonies of the 1984 Olympic Games, the 1986 re-opening of the Statue of Liberty, and the 1988 Celebration of the Declaration of Independence.
