Bob Landon, owner and vintner, will guide you through a bit of wine history, explain how grape growing and wine making is evolving in Texas, discuss the components that affect taste, teach you how to see, smell, and taste wine, and more. This fun class involves a lot of tasting so be sure to eat before you come!
