We would love for you to join us on this culinary Journey! Our Chef Matt Conti will guide you step by step as we work together to create three unique and delicious Sushi Rolls as well as pork and vegetable dumplings!
In this hands on class, you'll learn how to make a Spicy Crab Roll featuring fresh jumbo lump crab meat, a refreshing Vegetable Roll with cucumber, avacado, and pickled radish, as well as a steak roll featuring ginger soy marinated skirt steak. Finally we will make classic Asian dumplings by hand with your choice of vegetable or pork fillings. Sip your first glass of wine OR SAKI on us, and garnish your own creations with ponzu sauce, sesame, ginger, and fresh Wasabi!
