Welcome to our third series of cooking classes at Vincent William Wine! In this class we will work together to create four unique and delicious mediterranean dishes! Chef Matt Conti will guide you as you learn to make a fresh greek salad with a traditional vinnaigrette, homemade red pepper hummus, classic eggplant baba ghanoush, and finally chicken Souviaki on fresh pita.. On top of that we will make fresh homemade tzatziki to help you enjoy your creations even more! Enjoy your first glass of wine, or our featured greek cocktail, the Santorini Sunrise, on us!!!
