How to Taste and Talk Wine

Shopping for wine can be intimidating and overwhelming. Finding wines that are perfect for you begins with expressing those characteristics that appeal to you most. Through a special sensory exercise and wine tasting, this course explores the key components of wine. Learn what we mean by acidity, body, tannin, sweetness, flavors and aromas – and see how these attributes manifest themselves in a selection of wines. Perfect for those new to wine or with some knowledge and looking to build upon it.

Includes all materials: sensory set, wines, imported cheeses / gourmet snacks, etc. Taught by David Kusz, WSET Level 4 Certification / Diploma in Wine.
