Just in time for holiday gatherings, celebrations and gift-giving! 4 cheeses and 4 wines will be sipped and savored during this "class". All wine and cheese and more will be offered for purchase to take home. Winemaker, Gary Stewart, and The Chz Guy, Fritz Leon, will provide stories and backgrounds during the tasting and encourage discussion about the pairings.

Ample servings are presented along with bread and other accoutrements to enhance the experience. The event will be in our Barrel Room, so we suggest dressing in layers as it will be chilly in December.
