Wines express a wide variety of aromas, fruit, floral, spices, and earth. Humans smell thousands of aromas. We just need to learn how to identify them. What are the origins of common aromas found in wine? Where do they come from? How do you become better at identifying these? In this tasting we will discuss the origin of wine aromas. You will have an opportunity to test your skills by smelling aromas blind. This class includes 4 samples of aromatic wines and a cheese plate. This tasting will last about an hour and a half.
