Let us guide you on a trip south of the equator, with a wine tasting showcasing some of the unique wines coming out of South America right now. These burgeoning winemaking regions are doing it all: producing their own takes on old-school varietals, utilizing native grapes from their regions that are often overlooked, and even beginning to showcase minority and women winemakers who also focus on biodiversity and harmony in their environment.
