When Big Chief was brought back to life as restaurant many years ago, wild game was featured prominantly on the menu. Paying homage to that era, Executive Chef Matt Westphal has curated an exciting five course prix fixe menu consisting of various wild game. By purchasing a ticket, you will be gaining access to our most exciting event to date!

The menu will feature:

First Course: Crispy Gator Bites, Creole Cream

Second Course: Lollipop Duck Leg, Cherry Port Demi Glace

Third Course: Rabbit Cacciatore, Hundred Layer Potato

Fourth Course: Venison Ossobuco

Fifth Course: Boar Leaf Lard Mixed Berry Tart

A special cocktail list to acompany the menu will be available and one cocktail from that list will be included with the ticket price. Other cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits will be available for purchase. No other food items will be available for purchase.

This is a private ticketed event and the restaurant will be closed for normal business on that day.
