Transform your holiday table with freshly baked, whole-grain dinner rolls made from scratch! In this hands-on class, we’ll mix and knead a rich, buttery dough, then dive into shaping techniques that make every roll unique. Want to put a seasonal spin on things? We’ll guide you in folding in festive ingredients like pumpkin and dried cranberries to elevate these rolls into a holiday favorite. And to top it all off, you’ll also craft luxurious compound butters to serve alongside to add that perfect finishing touch!
