Whiskey Wednesday With Andrew Healey

Andrew Healey, the Irish Whiskey LAD, is a Dublin native who grew up in the days when there were only two distilleries on the island. His journey working in and around the wine industry took him to five countries over three decades, and it was in Napa (of all places!) where Andrew dove deeply into the world of his homeland’s whiskey. Andrew will be here this Wednesday leading an entertaining seminar that includes three pours of Irish Whiskey: Fercullen Falls, Redbreast 12yo Single Pot Still, and Bushmills 12yo Single Malt, paired with three local cheese preparations: Carmody, Humboldt Fog, and Mt. Tam. 

This is a $65 ticketed event with only 24 total tickets available for purchase. For those who join us looking for a more “traditional” Cadet Wednesday, we will have a Whiskey cocktail special for you to enjoy. Sláinte!
