With years of experience specializing in Southeast Asian cuisine, he is here to share his Khmer heritage by cooking some of the most popular Cambodian dishes. In this class, we will start with the nation's beloved dish “Trey Amok”. A fragrant fish curry steamed in banana leaves with “Kroeung” a fresh mix of herbs like lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves, garlic, and galangal that brings the dish its bright flavors. Cambodian cuisine is deeply connected to its culture, offering a vibrant and complex culinary experience.
