April Showers bring us WASHED OUT - Washed Rind Cheeses!

Join us at Paste & Rind as we taste through four cheeses that stink so good they make us want to shower, as well as four wine pairing to perfectly compliment each cheese. Washed rinds are a special class of cheese where cheesemakers literally wash (or brine) the exterior of the cheeses as they age to illicit a particular kind of rind!

We will have sessions for this in-person event on Wednesday, April 16th in one hour-long sessions, 5:30pm, 7:00pm, and 8:30pm.

Our expert cheesemonger will guide you through a curated selection of four cheeses and wines, sharing their knowledge and passion along the way. We will be standing at the bar to ensure everyone has enough room to taste and chat over the course of the hour. Expand your cheese knowledge, discover new favorites, and enjoy a fun and interactive evening in the company of fellow cheese and wine lovers.
