I’m Coming Home!
In 2002, I was given the opportunity of a lifetime to open the start up culinary program at Chamberlain High School. Over the next 15 years, with the support of many, we created something very special. A place like no other in the country. Boasting the only Model Culinary Academy in the nation, a dining room replicating an Outback Steakhouse, and countless students entering the culinary industry the Culinary Operations Academy became a stepping stone for future culinarians.
On October 3, 2024, I am hosting a fundraising dinner to help students of the Chamberlain Culinary Program continue their education in the Foodservice/Hospitality Industry. Join me for a LIVE DEMONSTRATION and a three course dining experience prepared by the VooDoo Chef Team and the students of the Culinary Operations Academy!
